Construction is complicated. We try to make it straightforward and streamlined. Here are a few common questions and our answers.

Yes! For all residential projects we cover free on-site estimates within a 1.5hr radius of Raleigh, NC, and within 2hr radius for commercial projects. That said, our standard process is to conduct a preliminary budgetary estimate with whatever information you can provide us over the phone. All estimates are good for 3 months.

Yep, absolutely. The more detail the better.

No, at this time we do not require a deposit to secure service scheduling.

Yes, our current job cost minimum is $1,500.00 for residential work and $5,000.00 for commercial work. This minimum may be waived for builders within our contractor network.

This totally depends on the job. For most residential work, material failure is usually the result of damage incurred by other trades that need to remove the insulation for one reason or another. In these cases, the damage is not covered. For our roofing work, we do offer 10 year warranties and periodic coating touch-ups. If you need more clarification, just give us a call!
